If you see something you like, please let me know as I'd be happy to recreate any of these pieces for a custom order.
TV cabinet turned bar...at night.
Thrift store china cabinet makeover with ASCH and dark wax.
Coffee table make-over w/ dark stain and Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint with Dark Wax.
Simple, white antiqued end table
Simple white dresser w/ white chalk paint, clear wax and new nobs.
Garage sale coffee table w/ mosaic tile top.
Nursery end table painted white with a burlap, chevron ribbon.
The bench came with the house when we purchased it. I almost tossed it as the metal was white and rusted and the wooden slats were completely worn, faded and bare. But, I brought it back to life with some paint and poly finish - it will do for now!
Matt and I found this stump in a neighbor's yard while walking the dogs and they let us haul it home. We almost gave up on our idea to make it a table, but Matt installed some wheels to the base and I love it (not bad for just a few dollars). I'll probably add a stain or poly finish later (I don't love working with those chemicals while pregnant) and will be sure to post more photos once I do!
My great aunt's chairs, which I have recovered at least three times.
The dresser/changing table for the nursery which started off as an unfinished piece from IKEA. It just needed some gray stain, poly urethane and a couple of coats of white paint on the knobs.
TV trays which I purchased at the ARC and painted. I made a beer and wine bottle "collage" on the top of each table using Modge Podge.
The burnt orange is for the hubby who is obsessed with Texas football.
I sold this piece which I painted with white chalk paint and finished with some dark glaze.
I also sold this piece which was originally purchased at AFW. I painted the top with turquoise chalk paint. After I sanded it down to give it a distressed look, I painted a lovely floral design.
I sold these lovely black chairs after giving them a new life with some black paint and new, designer fabric.
Yeah! It's Very Good and vauable.
